We are psychotherapists, husband and wife, who bring compassion, collaboration, confidentiality, and vast experience successfully helping people feel happier and improve the quality of their lives. We provide Individual and Couples’ Counseling on a short, mid or long term basis.
We will work with you to understand what is keeping you from feeling the way you would like to feel or experiencing your life, relationships or career the way you desire. We will ask you questions to build an understanding of the immediate circumstances that bring you to therapy, what led up to those circumstances and the factors in your background that have determined the person you are and the choices you have made.
Collaborative Counseling means that we will offer our thoughts, perspective, and guidance to help you understand yourself better and to make the changes you seek to make in your life. We will give you feedback and rely on your feedback to us as well.
